Customer Service Specialist with Hebrew and Russian

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Specialist with Hebrew and Russian to join an international project supporting a global brand providing medical equipment and modern healthcare solutions.

In this role, you will represent the brand by combining empathy, product knowledge, and problem-solving skills.

Your responsibilities
  • Providing the highest quality of customer service.
  • Supporting customers with product-related matters, orders, and account inquiries.
  • Guiding customers toward solutions in a clear, friendly, and engaging manner.
  • Educating customers about product features, benefits, and available solutions.
  • Taking ownership of customer cases and ensuring appropriate follow-up until they are resolved.
What are we looking for?
  • Very good knowledge of Hebrew (C1) and Russian (C2)
  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to build trust and relationships with customers.
  • A confident and positive communication style, with strong influencing skills.
  • The ability to explain product value and benefits in a clear and engaging way.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in dynamic situations.
  • Attention to detail and ownership of customer cases.
  • The ability to work with CRM systems and knowledge bases, or a willingness to learn.
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning about new products, technologies, and customer needs.
