Customer Service Professional with Czech / Slovak

Your daily tasks:  
  • Providing the highest level of customer service (contact with clients via phone);   
  • Meeting targets set by the client and management;  
  • Following company policies and procedures, ensuring quality;   
  • Performing daily tasks in an efficient and timely manner.

Whats the profile were looking for?

  • Language: Proficiency in Czech or Slovak (C1-C2) and advanced knowledge of English (C1 level);  
  • Experience: Customer Service experience is a must
  • Technology: Knowledge of MS Office and developed computer skills;   
  • Personality: Motivated, enthusiastic.

  • Tech-savvy background, ability to solve problems, and troubleshooting skills;  
  • Attention to detail.

Working conditions:

  • We offer freelance contract for students below 26 and employment contract for other employees;  
  • Working from our modern office in Warsaw;
  • Day shifts from Monday to Friday.
