Customer Support Specialist with German
Location: Gdańsk (on-site)

Pay rate: 49 PLN/hour (gross), equivalent working time system
Relocation package: 5500 PLN gross

- Communicate daily (by phone and email) with customers from the German market,
- Support clients with travel- and booking-related inquiries (AirBnB),
- Ensure every customer ends the conversation with a smile,

Our requirements:

- Speak German fluently (C1 level),
- Have a good command of English (B2 level),
- Are comfortable using a computer and MS Office,
- Have empathy, professionalism, and a proactive attitude,
