Your amazing task will be to handle customer enquiries, mainly regarding:
  • product questions,
  • delivery statuses,
  • complaints and returns.
You will be a perfect fit for us if:
  • You enjoy working by phone, email, social media, chat,
  • You like fashion and are familiar with popular clothing stores,
  • You are open in communication and have a positive attitude,
  • You are patient and able to remain calm when dealing with customers,
  • You want to learn and develop – because that is what matters most to us,
  • You are interested in long-term cooperation and want to become part of our team.
We cant wait for your application if you have:
  • Ukrainian skills - minimum C1, English skills - minimum B2 (both verbal and written)
  • Experience in customer service or similar work is preferred
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Availability for shift work: Monday - Friday 8:00-16:00/11:00-19:00 and weekends 9:00-17:00 (work 5 days a week, only 3 weekend days a month)
What we want to offer you:
  • Contract of mandate - hourly wage 32,68 PLN gross
  • An attractive bonus of up to 750 PLN gross – you have a real influence on the amount of your salary!
