About the role:
In this role you will play a key role in resolving customer inquiries through detailed data analysis and accurate Portuguese-to-English translation. Youll collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality, multilingual support, ensuring timely resolutions and an outstanding customer experience.
- Knowledge of Portuguese language on at least B2/ C1 level and English on at least B2/C1 level,
- University degree (min. Bachelor’s degree) - must have,
- Nice to have: 1 year experience - preferably in technology support in voice, chat and email support,
- Availability to work from the office in Gdańsk,
- Good communication skills,
- Project / Training coordination exposure,
- Ability to work in a diverse environment, handle cultural and language differences and being an effective communicator.
