Travel Advisor with Swedish / Norwegian / Danish

- Be the 1st point of contact for premium travel inquiries of customers.
- Advise partners on flights, products, online services, payment methods, membership programs etc.
- Help in purchasing airline tickets and handling different payment methods.
- Support customers with travel difficulties.
- Assist passengers via calls /chat.
- Foster enduring relationships with customers for building trust.
- Fluent in written and spoken Swedish, Norwegian or Danish (C1 level)
- Fluent in written and spoken English (B2 level)
- Naturally helpful and collaborative spirit
- Enthusiastic, patient, and open-minded
- Active listener and able to communicate clearly and with ease
- Sharp eye for accuracy and precision
- Highly organized
- Available to work from our office in Warsaw
